초신성 (Super Nova)
Cho Shin Sung (초신성), is a South Korean boy band formed under Mnet Media. Its six members specialized in the areas of singing, dance, acting, rap and pop. Since debut, the group gained popularity in South Korea, Japan, Thailand, and other East Asian countries.
Choshinsung fans use various versions of the group's name in different countries. In South Korea, the group is known as Choshinsung (초신성), while in Japan they are known as Chōshinsei (超新星), in Chinese known as Chao xin xing (超新星), and in English Supernova. Their name translates as "Supernova". The name "Supernova", meaning an explosion of a star emitting luminosity far greater than that of the sun, was chosen from a list of numerous fan contributions. All the members are over 180 cm tall.
History
2007: Debut
Like their name suggests, these six boys are gearing up to explode onto different entertainment venues, showing off their talents as singers, dancers, and actors. Their confidence stems from a two and a half years of extensive vocal, dancing, and acting training. In order to distinguish themselves from other boy bands, Supernova sports a formal look over casual attire - accentuating their masculine appeal. They are known for starring in music videos such as Seeya's & FT Island's. They have also performed at the Big4 Concert back in December 2006. They were featured on Mnet's M!Pick Season 6.
초신성 were nominated for the Best Male Newface Group & Artist of the Year at MKMF 2007.
2008
On the 24th July 2008, the group visited Thailand for their first time, participating in showcases and other events.
2009
On September 14, Choshinsung collaborated with T-ara to release a digital single, "T.T.L. (Time To Love)", a hiphop song with electronic sounds. Among the members, only GeonIl, GwangSu and JiHyuk, together with T-ara's SoYeon, HyoMin, EunJung and JiYeon were involved in this project. During the month of September, the seven of them actively promoted the song on the various music shows. A remix version of the song, "T.T.L. Listen 2", was released on October 9, with the MV featuring all the members from both groups. Even though the rest of the members (from both groups) did not have active parts in the remix version, all 12 participated in the song promotions from October onwards.
Choshinsung made their Japanese debut in September with three singles released over three consecutive weeks: "Kimidake wo Zutto", "Hikari", and "Superstar ~Reborn~". The first two singles are new releases, while "Superstar ~Reborn~" is a Japanese remix of their Korean single "Superstar". They released their first Japanese album, titled Hana, on October 21.
2010
Choshinsung is set to release their fourth Japanese single, "Last Kiss", on January 2010. The single's b-side "愛唄" (Ai Uta) is a cover of Japanese Hip-Hop group, GReeeN's song of the same name.

Though I wasn't able to watch Super Junior's Super Show 2 last Saturday, April 10, 2010, I'm still happy that they had received my letters. That was 15!! It was realy hard to make fan mails, you know. Maybe around 20% I had regretted that thing but at least my friend was able to enjoy the show and whoa~ she became the boy's focus because she can relate to them unlike the other audiences. But not all boys, as far as I can remember, Dong Hae, Leeteuk, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun oh also Heechul!!! Ryeowook also called her 'NUNA' Oh, how was that?! haha!!
But anyway, I wasn't able to get the full details because I was so excited how they claimed my letter!!!
Gosh, my first plan was to make fan mails for Zhou Mi, Eunhyuk and Shindong. Actually I had thought of that when I was in the middle of designing my papers, I should give them all so I'll not be biased! So I gave one big envelope composed of the letters I made for few days. That was really hard, you know. I kept that thing as a secret since my parents doesn't like the fact that I like Kpop.
It was concert time!! Good thing, I made a good decision to write to all of them or else, I'll make the other members sad especially Donghae and Leeteuk. Before the concert, Eunhyuk was glancing at the backstage when my friend saw him. She waved at him and vice versa. The my friend remembered my letter so she gave it to him. Eunhyuk thanked her, Leeteuk and Dobnghae was there, they were bickering (well, not really at all) and seems so excited about the letter that they immediately went backstage. Eunhyuk glanced back and he was waving at her again. He was already wearing the beaded bracelet I gave him!! I'm so happy! They're really a good persons and I was not wron in giving them my simple gifts. It had been few days but still, I can't get over the fact that they read my letters. I'm just hoping that they were able to understand my letter! haha!! I have faith in them.
Hopefully soon, I can watch them live and I'll be very glad to give them another shot of letters and I'll give all gifts. ^^

Though I can't afford to buy BVLGARI bracelets or whatever, at least they appreciated my work, especially Eunhyuk. I hope they'll keep it forever. ^^

Ah~ What am I gotta rant?
Yeah, right. I'm making fan mails right now and this is so rushed!! I am so excited! I really hope that I can still get all their signs. Too bad, I can't watch. I don't have money at all! My priority this month is to buy BoA's Identity Album to be released this April 16 and I'm also excited about it. I can't attend the first gathering of Shrine of BoA's on April 17 since I have a class with Sir Jay Balicha. T.T But it's ok. I'll make sure I can attend on the second gathering.
Another rant.. Dom is sooo lucky to get all the 12 cd UR gave away!! That was too much!!!! I wish I am included and I know all the answers.. T_T
